Managed programming and production for Monster Jam TV Sports Broadcast on NBCSN & NBC (formerly FOX Sports)

Attained 90% original content production expansion with existing resources.

Collaborated with Marketing, PR, Sales, Operations, Business Development, and Digital teams on content roll-out strategy to generate maximum engagement and revenue within brand guidelines and show-must-go-on timelines.

Led all creative and technical direction for a content agency including a 3 state-of-the-art studio production company dedicated to engaging, entertaining, and educating. Instrumental in every facet of the production cycle serving as an innovative problem-solver and producer.

Served as the director and lead producer for numerous high-profile clients including Ubisoft, Google, W Hotels, National Geographic, Burning Man, Marsh & McLennan, hundreds of startups, and inspiring creators (through our pro-bono Boost program).

Built a cross functional business and led the creative/production coordination as well as the marketing, legal, and financial teams.

Effectively negotiated and managed project outlines, contracts, and estimates. Led the pitches, proposals, budgets, schedules, workflow, production, marketing, and distribution.

Recruited, trained, and led 40+ member freelance team to exceed expectations, on-time and on-budget, for a broad range of clients including artists, labels, agencies, international brands, and governmental agencies.
